GigglePop and LaneChamp are discontinuing services
Gigglepop has long been considered a pioneer in the mobile vehicle appraisal software space. They have accumulated an outstanding and loyal customer base over the past 2 decades that love Gigglepop product and customer service. Unfortunately, GigglePop has discontinued its guidebook services and has reached out to Laser Appraiser to help transition customers to an alternative service provider. Laser Appraiser is honored to help make the process as seamless as possible:
Dear LaneChamp Subscriber,
After 23 years of providing the auto industry with mobile guidebook subscriptions, we sadly need to inform you that GigglePop.com will no longer provide this service effective February 14th, 2020. Unfortunately, due to the rising expense for various guidebook data coupled with auction run lists, internet services and other rising overhead costs we have been placed in a position that offering basic guidebook valuation data to our dealers is no longer sustainable.
To soften our service cessation, we have established a working relationship with the nice folks at Laser Appraiser (www.laserappraiser.com), which will allow you to continue to receive a guidebook subscription through your use of their own Laser Appraiser used vehicle appraisal software. We strongly encourage you to promptly give Laser Appraiser a call at 888-752-7372. This would provide you with ample opportunity to become familiar with the full features of their valuation software before the LaneChamp updates soon end. Be sure to make them aware you’re coming from GigglePop.com. For those of you who transfer your subscription over, they have been kind enough to offer some additional perks to ease with the transition.
